Agreement

These terms govern use of the Connections Transportation Inc. website (ctilimo.com and any domain that serves this same site). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Transportation services themselves are provided by Connections Transportation Inc., Charlotte, NC.

What this site is

The site describes our fleet, services, and rates, and it offers two ways to start a trip:

  • Limo Anywhere booker on the Reservations page — the primary booking application, operated by a third party at book.mylimobiz.com. Quotes, payments, and cancellations inside that application follow that platform plus any confirmation we send you.
  • Callback / request form on the same page — a message to our office, not a live hold on a vehicle. We will follow up. Do not treat a form thank-you as a confirmed reservation.

The contact form is for questions and general inquiries. This website does not collect payment card numbers.

Use of the website

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to probe or disrupt the service, or to submit false reservation requests. Automated scraping that overloads the booker or our forms is not allowed. We may block abusive IP addresses.

Intellectual property

Site copy, photographs, logos, and layout are the property of Connections Transportation Inc. or their licensors. You may not copy the logo or reuse fleet photography for competing commercial use without permission. “Connections Transportation” and the lockup on this site identify our company.

No warranty; limitation

The website is provided as-is for information and lead intake. Vehicle availability, rates, and traffic times can change. We are not responsible for the availability of the third-party booker. To the extent allowed by North Carolina law, Connections Transportation Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use (as distinct from a confirmed transportation contract).

Privacy

How we handle form data is described in the Privacy Policy, including the Google Analytics measurement this site uses. The site does not use advertising pixels, and it does not show a cookie-consent banner.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from this website is the state or federal courts in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina (Charlotte).

We may update these terms as the site changes. The “Last updated” date above is the current version.
