Privacy Policy

This policy describes the website at ctilimo.com (and any domain that serves this same site) as it exists today. It is written to match the live pages, the forms, and the one measurement tag the site runs.

Who we are

The site is operated by Connections Transportation Inc., Charlotte, NC. For privacy questions, email sales@ctilimo.com or call (704) 589-7744 (toll-free (800) 268-2767).

Information you give us

We collect only what you type into the forms on this site:

  • Contact form (/contact-info/): name, email, optional phone, subject, and message.
  • Reservation callback form (/reservations/, secondary to the booker): name, email, phone, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, optional passenger count, service type, and trip notes.

Those submissions are stored so we can reply, emailed to our reservations inbox, and may be forwarded to our internal operations tools. We also record the submitting IP address for spam and abuse control. A hidden anti-spam field is present on both forms; humans never fill it.

This website does not collect or store payment card numbers. Customers who want to put a card on file can use our secure card page: you enter your name, email, phone, company (optional) and billing address on our page, and your card number, expiration date and security code in a window run by Authorize.net, our payment gateway, which sends them straight to Authorize.net. They never pass through or are stored on our servers; Authorize.net holds the card. We keep your contact and billing details and the Authorize.net profile reference so we can bill your trips, and we email them to our sales inbox. Cards can also be updated by phone.

Third-party booking (Limo Anywhere)

The primary way to reserve a vehicle is the Limo Anywhere booker embedded on the Reservations page (book.mylimobiz.com). That application is operated by a third party. Information you enter there (including any payment details they request) is collected under their terms and privacy practices, not by the form on our domain. Opening the booker in a new tab is the same third-party service.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use it: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive (for example from a search engine or a link), and general device, browser, and approximate location information. GA4 sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) and sends this usage information to Google, which processes it for us. We use the reports to improve the website. We do not use GA4 for advertising, and the site does not run Google Tag Manager, CallRail, or advertising pixels.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com. The site does not show a cookie-consent banner.

The site loads the Inter webfont from Google Fonts. That request may let Google see your IP address and user agent, which is a font-delivery side effect, not an analytics tag we configured.

The hosting stack may set a strictly necessary session or load-balancer cookie so the site can function. We do not use that for advertising.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and reservation requests
  • Provide chauffeured transportation and related customer service
  • Reduce spam and protect the forms
  • Meet legal or safety obligations if they arise

We do not sell your contact information.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to complete the trip or conversation and for ordinary business records (quotes, dispatch, accounting). You can ask us to correct or delete a request that is not tied to an active booking.

Your choices

You can email or call us instead of using a form. You can ask what we hold about a request you sent. North Carolina does not currently impose a standalone consumer privacy statute like some other states; we still honor reasonable access and deletion requests for website form data that we control.

Children

This site is for arranging adult-booked transportation. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through these forms.

Changes

If the site adds call tracking, advertising pixels, or a consent tool, this page will say so. Until then, Google Analytics is the only measurement tag on the site.
